Basic Clean
Dusting: Dusting surfaces, including furniture, shelves, and light fixtures.
Sweeping and Vacuuming: Sweeping and vacuuming floors to remove dirt and debris.
Mopping: Mopping floors to clean and freshen them.
Trash Removal: Emptying trash bins and taking out the trash.
Kitchen: Wiping down countertops, appliances, and sinks.
Bathrooms: Wiping mirrors, sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets.
Floors: Sweeping, cleaning, and mopping floors.
Surfaces: Wiping down furniture, countertops, and other surfaces.
Deep Clean
Floor Cleaning: Vacuuming and mopping all floors, including under furniture and carpets.
Surface Cleaning: Dusting skirting boards, walls behind furniture, and all shelves.
Appliance Cleaning: Cleaning inside and outside of ovens, microwaves, fridges, and other appliances. (This may take several hours depending on the condition of oven and kitchen appliances and is billed on an hourly basis)
Bathroom Deep Cleaning: Scrubbing and disinfecting sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers, removing soap scum and limescale. (This may take several hours depending on the condition of the tub/glass door and is billed on an hourly basis)
Ventilation and Air Quality: Cleaning vents and removing cobwebs to improve air quality. (Available as an add on service)
Decluttering and Organization: Removing clutter and organizing closets and drawers. (Available as on add on service billed hourly plus materials)
High-Touch Area Sanitization: Sanitizing door handles, light switches, and other frequently touched surfaces.
Additional Tasks: Cleaning mirrors, cleaning blinds, vacuuming carpets.
Carpet Cleaning: Professional carpet cleaning (available as an add on service to residences with property humidity controls)
